ClickProbe is an AI-powered web-app testing service operated by kenaro GmbH (Germany). A cloud AI brain explores your app via a local proxy you install on your machine.
Pricing and billing
Billed monthly in arrears via Stripe. German VAT (19%) added for DE customers; reverse-charge for other EU businesses with a valid VAT ID. Prices are on /pricing.
Cancellation
Monthly, at any time, no minimum term. One button in Billing settings or email hello@clickprobe.ai.
Availability and Support (Beta Phase)
No contractual availability SLA applies during the closed beta of ClickProbe. The provider makes best efforts to keep the service running smoothly but does not guarantee any specific uptime or response time. Support is available via support@clickprobe.ai with a target response time of one business day. SLA commitments will be published separately at the end of the beta phase.
Our liability
We are liable for wilful misconduct and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage on cardinal obligations. We are not liable for indirect loss or bugs in your own system.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding CISG. Venue for business customers: Frankenthal (Pfalz) / Ludwigshafen am Rhein. Consumers retain their statutory venue rights.
