01. Is my app data sent to the cloud?
Screenshots and DOM snapshots are. Your source code is not. The proxy runs on your machine, holds credentials locally, and streams only the pixels and structure Claude needs to decide the next click. All stored in Frankfurt. Deleted per your retention setting (default 7 days).
02. Can I use my own Anthropic API key?
Enterprise only. Solo, Team, and Pro use our pooled keys — it lets us guarantee rate-limit headroom. Bring-your-own-key is available on Enterprise for compliance or dedicated-quota reasons.
03. What happens when I exceed my plan’s credits?
Nothing breaks. You switch to pay-per-use at the same rate (Anthropic cost + 10%). We email you at 80% and 100% of credits. You can hard-cap monthly spend in Settings.
04. Do you offer an AVV (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag)?
Yes. AVV per Art. 28 GDPR is included on all paid plans — download it from the Compliance page after signup. Enterprise customers can negotiate the terms.
05. How does billing work if my team uses multiple projects?
Team and Pro are billed per project. The “project” is a target app — typically one repo or one deployment. Most teams use one project; Enterprise rolls them into a single contract.
06. Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans end at your next renewal; no refund for partial months. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata. No cancellation form — one button in Billing.
07. What counts as a session?
One continuous exploration from “Start” to “Stop” or budget exhausted. Retests of a found bug are separate short sessions. Session count is what shows in your dashboard.
08. Do you have a free trial?
Solo is free forever for pay-per-use — no card needed. Team and Pro offer a 14-day trial with €20 of credits and no card; the trial ends cleanly with no auto-charge.
